UnlockD is always looking for ways to inspire our talent to break through their limitations. We wrapped up 2017 with an UnlockD graduation themed "Fill Up Your Dome", drawing inspiration from the success of Cassper Nyovest: South African dancer turned top SA Hip Hop and entertainment mogul. Cassper Nyovest's journey to success is proof that commitment to your dreams will help you grow from humble beginnings, to filling up the CocaCola Dome, only to top that by filling up FNB Stadium.
Ntsikelelo Mzibomvu, our Keynote Speaker, challenged our graduates to always work on filling up their mental domes. He borrowed Cassper Nyovest's lyrics and told UnlockD graduates to always cheat on their fears, break up with their doubts and marry their dreams. We are proud of what we do and are excited about what we can achieve. We also know that we can go on and on about our model, so we decided to rather let you hear it from the people who continue to walk the empowerment journey.
We mentor our people. We drive them. We inspire them. We supervise them. We support them. We use the power of technology and teamwork to develop competent and capable people. A previously unskilled unemployed person can become a productive resource for any employer. Want to start your career with UnlockD? UnlockD has four Skills Incubation Hubs situated in Boksburg, Cape Town, Paarl and a new site opened in Vanderbijlpark. We use these sites to mould our talent into confident and capable people. Our talent works in strictly supervised teams - so they are always supported but at the same time driven. They learn to do simple tasks to extremely high standards - and in this way they gain valuable, market-relevant skills while earning an income as they learn.
We source talent and find potential in the place where most businesses look last - the deep pool of the unemployed. We are proud of what we do and are excited about what we can achieve. We also know that we can go on and on about our model, so we decided to rather let you hear it from the people who continue to walk the empowerment journey.
