Our Learners undergo a rigorous sourcing process followed by comprehensive training and evaluation during the first quarter of their year long learnership. In the second quarter they undergo basic skills development and training in a real work environment, which is most likely on our premises and this could extend into the third and final quarters of the learnership. However, when a client is looking to ultimately place a learner or group of learners into permanent positions, Staffing them into that client organisation for the last two quarters of the Learnership provides an excellent opportunity for the Learner and Client to understand their respective capabilities, roles and responsibilities, commitment-free. We provide supervision and further training as needed during a Staffing project - the result is our clients get people resources they need and learners get permanent jobs they can fulfill competently.
